Enfin Developers (Pty) Ltd (Enfin) is building a Sales Executive Talent Network to connect with experienced and competent sales professionals who may be considered for future opportunities within our growing renewable energy business.
The role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships and driving high-value sales of Enfin’s solar energy solutions, particularly within the commercial and industrial market.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a Commercial qualification from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years’ sales and marketing experience.
- Experience selling high-value or technical products and solutions.
- Sound technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions.
- Strong business development, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Experience developing client proposals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with sales reporting and pipeline management.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
Ideal Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a Commercial degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years’ sales and marketing experience.
- Renewable energy (solar preferably) or energy finance experience.
- Commercial/industrial solar or Power Purchase Agreemnet (PPA) experience.
- Proven track record of high-value sales.
Specific Role Requirements
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Adaptability and ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel as required.
